Egypt to headquarter the counterterrorism center of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States in Cairo
The center will coordinate efforts to gather and exchange information to help member states confront terrorism

CAIRO: Egypt’s Parliament has approved a presidential decision to headquarter the counterterrorism center of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States in Cairo.
The decision is part of Egypt’s efforts to support African countries. The center will coordinate efforts to gather and exchange information to help member states confront terrorism and support peace and security.
